​Project Sessions

Traditional studio hire driven around the needs of a specific project.​ While shorter bookings are always welcome, we encourage artists to think in terms of projects rather than sessions. ​As such we break our bookings into 3 rate tiers:

• Session Rate – Single day or short project bookings.

• Project Rate – Bookings of 5 days or longer.

• Extended Project Rate – Bookings of 20 days or longer.

Artist Residencies

 

This provides access to our development studios (3 &4), for artists who want an ongoing creative home for their projects.​​

​​

Rather than paying for permanent studio space that often sits unused, a Residency provides flexible access to Studios 3 & 4 alongside access to our extensive library of equipment. It also provides a gateway into Studios 1 & 2 as projects and artists develop.

Residencies give you:

• Ongoing access to dedicated Resident Artist Studios 3 & 4.

• A carefully curated foundation of instruments, analogue processing and professional monitoring.

• Hardware seamlessly integrated into modern DAW workflows.

• Access to our wider equipment collection as projects evolve.

• A community of like-minded artists, with opportunities for workshops, events and creative collaboration.

• Three flexible ways to access a residency: monthly, prepaid or tailored around your project.

• A personal, project-led approach built around conversation rather than contracts.

 

To preserve the continuity, flexibility and personal approach that defines every residency, the number of Resident Artists is intentionally limited.

Session Rate

​

£250 ex VAT for the first studio day.
£215 ex VAT per day for consecutive additional studio days.

​

Project Rate — 5 days+

​

£1,000 ex VAT for the first 5 studio days.
Additional project days charged at £175 ex VAT per day.

 

Extended Project Rate — 20 days+

​

£3,000 ex VAT for the first 20 studio days.
Additional project days charged at £130 ex VAT per day.

​

5-Day Monthly Residency

​

£800 ex VAT per month.
Includes 5 studio days per month in Studios 3 or 4.
Additional days charged at £140 ex VAT per day, subject to availability.

​

10-Day Monthly Residency

 

£1,250 ex VAT per month.
Includes 10 studio days per month in Studios 3 or 4.
Additional days charged at £120 ex VAT per day, subject to availability.

Residency Terms

​

Residencies carry a 3-month minimum term.

Residents may carry forward unused studio days while their residency remains active, subject to a maximum carried balance of 5 unused studio days at any time.

After the initial 3-month term, residents may request to pause their residency for up to 3 months across any rolling 12-month period, subject to one month’s notice.

All bookings, additional days and carried days are subject to studio availability.
